The reception service and amenities at this economy hotel were decent. The staff was friendly, and the hotel provided free coffee and tea. It is also in a convenient location close to a 7-Eleven and a large mall that has good food options. The room was clean and bigger than expected; a plus is that it is close to Suwa lake and is walking distance from the station.
The hotel's condition was not up to par. The room's ventilation was poor, and the air conditioning system did not work well, only blowing out hot air when it was not needed.

The location of the hotel is perfect for backpackers as it's near good restaurants and just a short walk to the station. the room is clean and well-equipped with amenities such as fresh bottles, a fridge, and kettle. the reception staff is always welcoming and kind, making for a memorable experience.
One of the drawbacks of the hotel is the noisy neighbors due to thin walls, which can be disruptive during bedtime.

The hotel is located close to a big shopping mall and a 7-Eleven, making it convenient to buy necessities. The rooms are equipped with a fridge and kettle, and they provide free coffee and tea. Additionally, the reception staff is friendly and accommodating, which added a nice personal touch to our stay.
The walls in the rooms are quite thin, so it was easy to hear the noise from our neighboring rooms. Also, the room size was a bit small, which may not be ideal for those who are used to bigger spaces. However, these were minor inconveniences and did not detract from our overall experience, considering the affordable price we paid for the hotel.
